Welcome to StillDeck. By using our website and application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

StillDeck is a free online Klondike solitaire game. The game runs in your browser; no download is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Accounts

You may optionally create an account to sync stats and settings across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address associated with your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings panel; this removes all server-side data within 30 days.

Acceptable use

StillDeck is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service, except to the extent such acts are expressly permitted by mandatory law (including Articles 5 and 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC on the legal protection of computer programs).
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download any part of the site, its content, or its card and visual assets — by automated or manual means — beyond normal personal gameplay. Permission to fetch a page (for example via robots.txt) is not permission to copy, reuse, or mine it.
  • Redistribute, resell, republish, mirror, or create derivative works from StillDeck content, designs, code, or assets, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
  • Use StillDeck content, designs, or assets to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or machine-learning model, or for text- and data-mining, except with our written permission or where mandatory law provides otherwise. We reserve these rights under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790 (DSM), as implemented in applicable EU Member State law, including Czech law; see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, we permit genuine search engines and AI answer services (for example Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, and PerplexityBot) to crawl and index StillDeck and to display short snippets, summaries, and links that cite StillDeck as the source, in line with our robots.txt. This does not permit bulk extraction, scraping, mirroring, republication, text- and data-mining, or AI/ML training, which remain prohibited as set out above and in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
  • Interfere with the service’s operation or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, card artwork, sounds, and branding of StillDeck are owned by MN Media s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play StillDeck for your own non-commercial enjoyment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of StillDeck without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, including the reservation of rights against text and data mining and AI training under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790, as implemented in applicable EU Member State law, including Czech law. We also reserve our database rights, including any sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC, in the selection and arrangement of our content. Availability and uptime

We strive to keep StillDeck available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

StillDeck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MN Media s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you shall not exceed EUR 50.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email if you have an account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of StillDeck (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable law so requires. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
